Green Bay Packers headed to Wausau for Charity?

According to the Wausau Daily Herald, some, repeat some of the world famous Green Bay Packers will be coming to Wausau. Of course, generous donations are expected by Wausau residents.

Even more dis-heartening, the city is not releasing what the money will be used for. According to the article at the WDH website.."The association will attempt to raise money for the event in support of yet-to-be named community causes."

The article also states the that "local businesses and residents should be expecting (donation) calls in the coming weeks. Fantastic !

Will the money filter to where it should go? When does it ever? It's not like the city are telling us that the money will go directly into the hands of poor children and Wausau's homeless. No, they (the city) only tells us what they think, we need to know.

Another biased article from the Wausau Daily Herald

The Wausau Daily Herald conducted an interview with aging Hillary wannabe Deb Hadley. The article lacks any hardcore questions, but why would there would be? This is the WDH as usual.

The article starts off with the typical, "Wausau has some 38,000 people. Most of them don’t know Deb Hadley, but it seems like everyone thinks they know her." Wrong !

Most of us don't know her, most of us know our boss, our close friends, and our family. Deb Hadley is not on the list. Yea we see her face in the hideous ads plastered everywhere in our historic city, but we do not know her. You know..? People with Volvos, the people who net $300-$500 per week dont. Besides, she (the Hadleys Global Empire) is not marketing to them, because most people in that demographic don't vote, and won't be in spending $24,000 on an industrial printer at Hadley's Office Products.

Deb basically point the finger at her opponent. In one question in the article:

"Question: The City Council has two distinct factions, and you are in the minority. If you’re elected, how would you resolve the conflict?

Hadley: “You have to bring them in. You have to sit down and talk to them. Jim doesn’t do that.” That's all you have to do Deb is sit down and talk to them? I'm sure they are gonna just drop everything and start changing goverment contracts because you've "sat down and talked to them". C'mon, there is more too it than that, this quote from a cowboy music called "Young Guns" applies nicely. "You can't come prancin' in here with your fat, foreign capita trying to change things". Property rates will continue to go up along with Wausau's debt, regardless if Deb Hadley has a sit down or not.

The full article can be found on the WDH website. Please note that the image, mysteriously was submitted to the average newspapers by Hadley herself.
